Jesse Spencer is an actor on a TV show called "Chicago Fire" and he talks about the importance of working out and staying fit for his lead rolls as an actor. Discipline and consistency is key in every sport. Jesse Gordon Spencer is an Australian actor and musician. He is best known for his roles as Billy Kennedy on the Australian soap opera Neighbours, Dr. Robert Chase on the American medical drama House and Captain Matthew Casey on the American drama Chicago Fire. Spencer began his musical career with the Australian Boys Choir, performing with them from 1986 to 1992. He plays the violin in Band from TV, a group which includes his former House co-star Hugh Laurie. They play at various events, giving the money they earn to the different charities. The band played on Idol Gives Back in April 2008.

Terrence Smith has a passion for boxing, he uses his boxing platform to inspire & motivate others along the way. Nothing ever came easy for this street fighter he has put in a lot of hard work and dedication into the boxing sport. Over the years he has managed to build a strong reputation and has made a name for himself. He's been blessed to have worked alongside and trained some of the best in the industry just to name a few Taraji Henson (actor) Jesse Spencer (actor) Jason Davis (NFL player) Kelvin Hayden (NFL player). My stepdad Lorenzo Smith started me, he was a professional fighter with over 30 pro fights and only three losses. I started fighting at Fuller park on Chicago's South-Side. I've had 94 fights and loss 4, I placed 4th in the Golden Gloves 2x and I've fought in the Silver Gloves. I went to Salina, Kansas and won the Silver Glove regionals. I've fought in the Silver Gloves Nationals and I've won the Junior Olympic Nationals and more. Boxing is not just being physical, it's a thinking man's game, it's therapy, it keeps you in shape and puts you in a position where you can defend yourself. Even if you have no desire to be a professional fighter that doesn't mean you shouldn't practice.

Simply put, Charles Little a passionate athlete. Cleveland high school basketball star was honored by having his number 15 jersey retired. Little was a Blue Raider beast. He holds the school record for most points in a game with 49. He has been an athlete his entire life. The 6-foot-6, 240-pound Charles Little scored 996 career points and helped the Dayton Flyers reach the second round of the NCAA tournament as a senior. After a successful 4-year starter career at Dayton University with the Dayton Flyers, Charles played professional basketball overseas for more than 5 years. Upon returning to the states, it was only natural that his profession led him to training athletes and inspiring others to get healthy and pursue their dreams. After training at some of Chicago’s best gyms, Charles has an impressive client line-up boasts of NFL and NBA athletes, champion amateur boxers, celebrities and college athletes.

Born in Mexico and raised in Chicago, Jes has been exposed to the Chicago music culture since the early 80’s. It was very early on when Jes realized his passion for music and began working on his musical career. Growing up on the West side of Chicago, Jes saw his peers choosing a lifestyle of gangs and guns with daily activity of violence. It was then that Jes decided to lead a life of musical expression and lift himself to a higher state of being. Embracing his negative childhood exposure, Jes used that negative to propel his dreams and to fuel his drive to succeed. Fifteen years later, Jes is still continuing his path of musical creativity and has evolved into a professional dj, producer, and business owner. His passion for music still burns bright within. The Chicago underground has been moved by Jes for over twenty five years and he has emerged as a leading dj, producer, and remixer. Jes is an original house pioneer that continues to be an integral part of the underground electronic scene.
